Which layer exists between 5 to 45 km vertically from the earth?

In the atmosphere, I think you're looking for the stratosphere, which according to Wikipedia, is 10 to 50 km above the earth.Which layer exists between 5 to 45 km vertically from the earth?
The upper mantle if you are not counting the continental crust to be above the oceanic crust.
